Every obligation determination comes back as a written answer — which states, which rule, which deadline — with the reasoning set out so your team and your counsel can check it.
Sourced and dated
Our analysis cites the statute, rule or program document it relies on, and says when it was last reviewed. These laws change often; you should always know how current an answer is.
Fixed prices, quoted up front
The Fee Forecast is a fixed price with a guarantee. Annual programmes are quoted before you commit, based on your SKU count and number of states — no hourly billing.
Your time, protected
We ask for two things: your SKU list and your supplier contacts. Chasing suppliers, mapping materials and filing are on us. You review and approve before anything is filed.
Where we fit
Independent of the programs we help you comply with.
In most states, producers register, report and pay through a producer responsibility organization (PRO). The PRO runs the program. We work for you — determining where you're obligated, collecting the data, filing, and looking for ways to lower what you pay.
- We are not a PRO. We help you meet your obligations to them.
- We are not a law firm. We provide regulatory analysis and compliance operations, and we're glad to work alongside your counsel.
- We don't sell packaging. When we suggest a change that lowers your fees, nothing rides on which option you choose.
