This policy explains what information Producer Desk ("we," "us") collects through producerdesk.com and how we use it.
What we collect
- Information you submit. When you request an obligation check, we collect your name, work email, company, role, and the business details you provide (such as revenue range, SKU count, states you sell into, packaging materials and any notes).
- Newsletter sign-ups. If you subscribe to Fee Watch, we collect your email address.
- Correspondence. If you email us, we keep that correspondence.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider may record standard server information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested. We do not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To prepare and send your obligation check and respond to your enquiries.
- To provide services you engage us for.
- To send Fee Watch if you've subscribed.
- To operate, secure and improve the website.
How we share it
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business — for example, website hosting and form processing, and email — and only as needed for them to provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or unsubscribe from Fee Watch, by emailing ops@producerdesk.com.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children.

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.
